Processing Time
All orders are processed same-day with the exclusion of Sundays and holidays. Orders generally go out same-day unless they are placed after closing. You should receive a notification that your order has been processed and a separate email with your tracking information. We will call you if we are unable to send out your order within 48 hours.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders ship for a flat rate of $7. If your order is over $80, we ship for free.
Local Pickup
If you live near our physical store, you may choose the local pickup option. This will not charge you any shipping and you will be responsible for coming in to pick up your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will exchange for you or issue a store credit under your account. Ready Set Grow does not offer refunds under any circumstance.
